One of the outstanding achievements of CORAF during the past decade has been to support thirteen West Africa countries to adopt a harmonized seed regulation framework.

Though work still needs to be done to ensure an even implementation across countries, there are signs that these policies have already facilitated the availability of high-quality seeds to producers and farmers.
