Contexte/Background |
|
DFID is funding a short-term phase of support for capacity strengthening, to run from April to December 2011, which builds on the achievements of the SCARDA project. The SCAIN project explores the use of tools and methodologies to identify and address capacity gaps in individual organisations in multi-stakeholder innovation platforms (IPs). It is assumed that the targeted IPs are built around a value chain - from primary production through to final consumption. In the ASARECA and CORAF sub-regions SCAIN will work with IPTAs supported by the DONATA project |
|
